RULES

- Like all tournaments, each player will receive a seed at the start of the tournament, but the higher seed of each tournament set must play with 1 less stock than normal by killing yourself at the start of each game. (This means that if your handicap is only playing with 2 stocks and you're seeded higher than your opponent, you will start off with 1 stock)

- Participants who are banned from RAS MUST enter this tournament with any provable handicap to lower their seed

- Participants who are not banned from RAS may choose to enter with a handicap, but it is not mandatory

- Handicaps MUST be provable via ingame, twitch, discord streams, etc.
