If you have any questions about the Rivals Amateur Series, please DM @Ceroas#0633 on Discord.

We will be running this out of the Rivals of Aether Academy Discord. If you're not in there, you may be DQed at any time.

Basic rules:

North America only. Low-mid level players only. PC only.  Official NA RAS Banlist.

3 stocks, 8 minutes.

Best of 3 until top 8. Top 8 is best of 5.

DSR: A player cannot counterpick to a stage that they have already won on.

A DQ or ban can be given to anyone for being too slow to complete their matches.

After signing up, you must check in on Challonge during the 30 minute period before the tournament begins. If you do not check in, you will be automatically removed from the bracket when the tournament begins.

Low-mid level players only. Seeding is based on statistics if you've entered before, or guesswork if you haven't.

Official NA RAS Banlist. If you are on this list, and you enter an RAS event on your main, you will be disqualified and potentially face punishments, including but not limited to bans from other Academy tournaments or the Academy itself. Smurfs and/or secondaries from players on this list are 100% prohibited and will result in an indefinite ban from all Academy tournaments and a minimum of a 1-month ban from the Academy. This rule will never be circumvented for anybody. If you have any questions or concerns about this list, please DM @Menace13#1313 BEFORE entering any RAS event.

Rights are reserved for a TO to play you before, during, or after the tournament to see if you are actually low-mid level. This will generally be applied if I've never heard of you or you're coming back from a break. Declining this challenge may result in a DQ.

Connection issues will all need to be played out unless there is video proof of SERIOUS, HUGE ping spiking. After the tournament the TO staff may vet the people who had reported connections and potentially bar them from future events.

Refrain from harassing, insulting, or belittling other competitors before, during, or after tournament matches. What constitutes poor conduct is fully up to TO discretion, so keep your manners in check. Breaking this rule can get you disqualified here as well as banned from future events.
