Low-mid level players only, yo. The first few tournies will be testing the waters. Going to be relatively lax with my judgement on low-mid and we'll go from there in the future. Smurfs and/or secondaries from players who would be banned ordinarily are 100% prohibited.

Bans on winners from the old NAS will be inherited. If you have previously won a NAS, you may not enter. If you have won an ACS, but not a NAS, and you're still low-mid level, you are fine to enter.

Rights are reserved for me or another TO to play you before, during, or after the tournament to see if you are actually low-mid. This will generally be applied if I've never heard of you or you're coming back from a break. Declining this challenge may result in DQ.

Connection issues will all need to be played out unless there is video proof of SERIOUS, HUGE ping spiking. After the tournament the TO staff may vet the people who had reported connections and potentially bar them from future events.
