The rules for this tournament are simple. As with all tournaments, every participant will get a seed. However, in this one that will matter much more than usual. The higher seeded participant in each tournament set must play every game with only 2 stocks by killing themselves once at the start of each game. For example, this means that the 1 seed would play the entire tournament with 2 stocks, and the lowest seed with 3. The 2 seed would play every set with 2 stocks unless they play the 1 seed, etc. 

Since it may now seem disadvantageous to have a higher seed, I am willing to cut a deal. You can agree to intentionally handicap yourself this tournament by playing secondaries, random, or any other limitation you can think of that can be conceivably proven to me. After settling on a condition, your seed will be lowered accordingly before the tournament starts.
